    it's quite ironic that IB got nailed for what is essentially a human input error, when their whole business model is built on automation. I'm surprised they were fined at all with all the disclaimers in their forms.

    You get quotes starting @ 4am to 8pm for US mkts with IB. I forget which exchanges though. You can search IB site for it I think.
