I don't think it's just ego involved for me it's more about concentrating on what I'm suppose to be instead of worrying about posting in my journal, don't get me wrong I think a journal is a must to make this work but it doesn't have to be a public one!

I totally agree with emini when I trade on the sim and I'm not worried about posting my results I do much better

was looking at 3910 as a target with a nip and a small air pocket to be filled but need to watch price only

All we can do is back test until we are confident enough in our plan. The main reason I respect redneck and nodoji so much is their attention to detail and their willingness to help

The person that started the SLA approach specifically told me that I wanted strict rules and this approach can't be traded that way. Not disagreeing with what you say I'm just saying the less rules the better. And in my case its not the method but the trader that's the problem

I'm in retail and there is a saying (less is more). In my opinion the simpler your plan the more likely you are to follow it. Kinda like that one guy said SLA can't be automated . There will always be some of our own judgement.

My main problem today was I was extremely excited to trade live and use the new things I've been learning. The funny thing is the zones I expected to be tested and filled ultimately were but sometimes they took longer. Still a very solid plan just need to work on following it consistently.
