Initially I think "the mkt" will love it and rally like hell, which is where we're going, and soon.

If illegal drugs were legalized tonight, in 2 weeks everyone of our major banks would have to shut their doors. They rely on that daily infusion of cash from the sellers. The US Goverment couldn't come up with enough $$ to bail them out. Then we'd see who really owns us.

Nationalisation is gonna happen there, and here. It gives the pols exactly what their true masters want. Total control.

This trading tax thing is ...stupefying. It's like convincing people that greasing up a 10" steel spike and ramming it in their ear is a good idea. We might wind up being very surprised at how many will do it.
