Near downtown I like Yaletown area. Public transit is good for getting into downtown core. Itis just S.E. of downtown. Tons of new condos squeezed into that area. Some on here may appreciate its closeness to the Penthouse or the Cecil :D Also further west of Yaletown (west side of Burrard)...
