Give me some closed end funds/ETFs/ETNs or anything else that might beat QQQs

And the battle is won!!!!! Based on my 3/1/2018 start date, if you started with $100, and kept your account 100% invested in QQQ the whole time, you would end up with the $182.10 (same as before). However, with XLK, you would only have to keep your account 79.259% invested to end up with...

Give me some closed end funds/ETFs/ETNs or anything else that might beat QQQs

:) So, if you put $100 in TQQQ and kept your account 100% invested in it at all times, you would end up with $216.82, versus $182.10 for the QQQ. But while the QQQs max drawdown was 28.56%, it was 69.92% for the TQQQ. HOWEVER, to make it apples to apples, if you drop the amount of TQQQ...

    Genesis of Today's Inflation

What in God's name are you talking about? The inflation is coming from the U.S. government huge spending deficit and the Fed printing money to buy U.S. bonds to fund that overspending. Money supply is increasing at like a 25% annual rate because of this. A monkey could figure this out, it is...

Give me some closed end funds/ETFs/ETNs or anything else that might beat QQQs

That is PRECISELY what I want to see. Is QQQ literally the best of the best of the best as to what is out there, for long term holding at least.

Give me some closed end funds/ETFs/ETNs or anything else that might beat QQQs

Thanks iprph90. Don't know about further back, but from 3/1/18 the QQQ murders it. $100 invested in MTUM would have ended up $133.08, with a 34.08% max drawdown, while $100 in QQQ would have ended up with $182.10 with only a max 28.56% drawdown.

Give me some closed end funds/ETFs/ETNs or anything else that might beat QQQs

I recently figured out how to use yahoo finance spreadsheets. I am running tests on anything I can find (rather than individual stock obviously, any fund type investments) against the QQQs, and having a REAL hard time finding anything that can beat them. Give me some tickers so I can compare...

    Low beta ETFs..... best avoid

LOL! Sorry for your poor market timing. My point was made very succinct in my OP. Its right there for you. In plain English. Reach out... grab it. Try and understand it. Try and understand how if can still be a valid point even through your market timing is poor LOL....

    Low beta ETFs..... best avoid

I ran some testing. QQQ versus various low beta ETFs. This was over the last 4 years more/less, a little longer. Given any given account size, if you set the amount invested so that you end up with the same overall gains over the test period in the QQQ and the low beta ETF, the drawdown on...

Market looking nice and juicy to the upside tomorrow, I think the bears...

LOL, I'm wrong like 90% of the time, I ain't gonna try to deny it, denying it would be a lie! Still, I think at some point the inflationary pressure, along with the (hugely) expansionary fiscal policy (the two are tied together obviously) bringing much money back into the market and up we go...

about to get burned. All bad news is out. Everyone knows about the tightening. That is why Naz is down over 20%. Inflation out of control, world (well some of it) at war, the worst President this country has ever seen is sitting in the White House, crime getting worse and worse, and that is...
