Only thing I can add is that options and futures on options traders bring to the party a lot of hedging volume. Also index funds must buy/sell futures to balance out the positions they will have to take after the close to cover customer redemptions/purchases, which they will unwind the next day...

Observed same for NQ. Inside market is not driven by market orders but by bid/ask being lifted. So IMO watching inside market or DOM is useless. And it hurts your eyes and head. I will generalize that asking ANY intelligent question here is useless.

A word of warning to Denise about Jack. "Never mudwrestle with a pig. The pig likes it too much." He is a droll literary creation, a conjoined personality of three or four confederates (in the non-Southern sense) who share a single log-in and get their jollies messing with peoples' heads.

It is only the "pop psych" venue that is crowded, whereas Denise brings genuine credentials. And unlike the pop crowd, who mostly talk but don't trade, pretending that trading experience isn't really necessary, and even an impediment, she has a solid trading background.

Don't mind Jack. He is intensely self-absorbed to the point of catatonia. Otherwise he would have been aware of and followed your stellar progress as a trader and analyst over the past decade. Had he done so, he would have attacked you, because he cannot abide anyone who is the real deal.
