Hmmm... No commission, "FULL" ECN rebates, no upfront capital... sounds like you could pull a Swiftrade all on your own. Just provide ECN liquidity and as long as you get the FELL rebate and have no capital invested, it doesn't matter whether you're profitable or not, just collect your rebates.
