It would be foolish to place stops with that kind of noise. Expanded volatility was a given considering all the external news affecting the market. At 1860, I would've added ( with a tight stop) if it got there same day, but not for a hold beyond that. That would be stupid. Btw, how's your...

No I didn't get stopped out. The stop was a day order, not GTC. Bi directional volatility is working like magic. You'll see the rationale of this trade when we tag 1926 :p

For the same reason I was certain yesterday that we were going to go to 1924 which filled my order. It's called bi- directional volatility :D Your premise might come true though one day. Have faith :)

Out of the 1901 add here at 1906.5. Will keep the remainder two positions till 1926 for now.

Obviously quite a strong selling day. The market should give us a short squeeze in a few hours though. At the minimum, we should touch 1915 today, and that's where I'll exit my add from 1907. A long re-entry was made at 1907 after being stopped out at 1904. BE now stands at 1910.875

I've seen this pattern before. If we can hold above 1904, we should go and test the highs made earlier today.

Haha. Yeah, the market got close to my target and then backed off. It happens to me all the time, which in a way a good thing, because it tells me I'm not so bad at picking pivot points. Anyhow, I'm confident it'll be tagged today though.
