Its very possible we get down to 1430... things get a bit more vague when working off weekly charts with 5+ year trendlines... thats why this stop is larger than my usual. This mornings news was pretty bad though so I wouldn't be surprised to get stopped out.... just playing the charts though.

Patiently waiting for 1429 - 1432 .... NDX approaching support in another 8 points at 2000 so there should be some synergy.

The only place I plan to touch a long today is at 1429 - 1432.... 6 year trendline and a measured move target. If they get it through this, I agree with Spooz, the Bull is done for a while.

Out NQ at 2146.25... I gotta go grab some food with the fam, setup still looks good, i just didn't want to weather a few point pullback which is possible since I gotta leave soon.

Bumping my stop on NQ up from 35.75 to 39.75.... will re-enter if I have to.

I didn't post it, but just closed out a little short from 1509.50 at 1506.50 based on MACD divergence on the 5, 10 and 15 min chart... if anyone wants to take a peak at textbook, take a look now. :edit: looks like this sell-off was more than I had hoped for... I should have waited to cover...

Thanks for checking them out Apex. Its very nice for me to see that our SPX chart is very similar! Would you mind telling me where that 1507.71 major fib retracement is from? I think its the 61.8% from the all time high of 1576.1 to the swing low of 1406.1, but thats giving me 1511, not...

and SPX... similar size moves in both SPX and NDX would get them in the crux of resistance. The area for the SPX is a little wider so I'll probably just be watching that for confirmation on the NDX trade.

Possible resistance zone on SPX at 1487-1490... 1498-1501 on ESH8. A couple overlapping fib levels, 2 significant MA's and the fact that 1490 has been the level of at least half a dozen tops/bottoms over the past 6+ months. These zones always react differently during AH, but it should...

Nice trades. I was short NQ from 2004.50 and covered 2100.50 too .... didn't fall as nicely as ES but a wins a win. Theres money to be made on these steady walkdown(up) moves that are made after extreme EOD moves.
