I'm not sure as of now since the intraday timeframe retracements are less predictable. I'm not even sure if the market WILL pull back, but if it does I'll be watching its structure on the way down. A bullish MACD divergence if price happens to coincide with a fib at the time, or if a measured...

Back.... exiting here at 1980.50 on the 78.6 retrace :edit: reasoning being that I see the action has been pretty linear, so I'm glad to take my profit here and look for a possible re-entry if the market wants to pull back. Some R at 1991 and some more at 1999-2006

NQ hit resistance in the high 80's as expected and we're now in wave B. Looking for support in the mid 1960's to ride up wave C before the nice short zone at ~2000.

Hope everyone had a nice extended weekend. I took a little trip and haven't looked at the charts from Thursday night until now. I'll my organize my thoughts here. Things are playing out nicely and I'm expecting a move up during at least the first half of this week to setup for a nice place...

IMO a retrace back towards highs is very likely.... its just a matter of from where. Its possible they base here and go, but this is what I'm really looking for on NQ - 1940-1950 on NQ... multiple price-relevant fibs, 100% APP, Major lower TL (not yet breached on NQ), and potential triple...

    Merging Historical Data w/ Ninjatrader

I have what I think would be an easy issue to solve but I can't seem to get it right. I would like to merge futures data together on my charts. For example I would like to have the data from ESH8 and ESM8 contracts on the same chart so I can look at the larger timeframe without the...

Trading Daily & 4 Hour Charts Using Extremely Simplified Money Management Technique

I'm looking forward to this thread. As you know, I follow similar patterns as you on the smaller timeframes... hell, your posts got me into them! It'll be interesting to see if it works as well on the larger ones... could mean less time in front of the screen if it works out :)

Geo Metro - The new Chic Car! - same mpg as Prius

Thats funny, my fixed-gear gets the same mileage as yours! Even funnier, I can get around the city faster on this thing than I can in my car :) Great way to keep in shape too.

    Urgent Message From Rennick

Thanks for the calls Rennick. The afternoon call was wrong, but I still like seeing what it has to say everyday. Seems like its right more often than not... plus, this game is about risk/reward more-so than direction IMO. BTW do you know if there any way to place all members that have...

I'm loving the NQ more and more... much more options for scalping, more defined setups. Heres the same setup on NQ. Wedge with 1-min triple D. I saw ES butting its head up against the overhead TL aswell which added to the market resistance. Target was ~market open. As somebody here once...

Interesting. What are your typical trade target distances? Its not that I have a set direction in my head, its that I have multiple "If X happens then Y is a possibility" scenarios. You don't have bias's on different timeframes? I like to think sort of like this: macro-trend is up...

I'm with ya... this 2-month bull run has momentum. I don't they're going to give up just because a line on a chart broke. Back up to ~1420 is a good possibility and would be a nice area to look for weakness. I'd like to see one more push down first to the 1370's for it to base before the...

I just wanted to post up a couple zones I'm making a note of. Likely retrace target for this move down is 1367-1377 IMO (1369-1372 specifically). There are a couple key fibs and wave projections here as well as the 50 and 100 day MA on the SPX. I'd expect at least a decent bounce from this...
