Yeah, that was a 15 minute chart so don't know when it will break out. I am always looking though. Especially after I am done for the day. No more trading for me today.

I hear ya about the R/R. If you will look back I detail how I exit a trade and even why I do it this way. I just don't get that much time to sit in front of my screen. I actually enjoy getting in making my points and being done. Much more relaxing trading this way. My R/R goes up with the idea...

Well you should have your money now, don't you? I know what you are talking about giving the super secret edge away. I just don't buy into it. To me if I can figure something out then I imagine plenty of other people have figured out the same thing. It really doesn't change your odds one way...

I think everyone on here will probably have a different idea on this. One thing on options you have sooo many choices. Close in in the money, far out, out of the money. If you are not careful you lose money in time decay. The list goes on and on. I am not saying options are bad just not the way...

His Trading For A Living book he gives a very good biographical history of his life. Very interesting how he defected from the USSR. Anyway it is a very good read. Got your points yet?

I think they probably are. I was noticing a bull flag forming on the 3 minute chart when it decided to pop out of it. My alarm went off and next thing you know I was out of the trade. I like those.

yeah yeah, I hear you laughing at me. I don't really pay attention to a lot of news either. They have added sooo many conferences and meetings and this and that, blah blah blah. Most of it don't mean squat it is just something to help keep somebody on the payroll at some office. IMHO...LOL :D

I thought the news was coming out at 8:55 ET. That is why I exited early. I would have had the two points without ever being in trouble though. Coulda, shoulda, woulda...Anyway I can always re enter and if 1270.25 comes up I will. That channel has about 3 points of movement in it.

I just exited at 1267 with one point but will look to re enter at 1270.25 if we get good news from Redbook. Will just go for 1.25 points to cover commissions

Since price has hit 1265.75 several times without going through it I am going to adjust my entry to 1266.00 there should still be enough room to get 2 points out of it since the channel runs up to 1269. 4re
