I don't have a SPAN margin calculator, but you are not giving enough information to those that do. You need to know the exact option details and the price of the future you are modeling.

Just my opinion, then you need to tweak your strategy over time to have a higher target return or take steps to reduce the volatility of your returns. 10/10 will tend to not work well over time.

In my experience, a good target for Max DD is a typical good month, not your target year's returns. Good luck....Bob

Only retail platforms that are owned by the clearing broker offer this. Broker neutral professional platforms don't do this.

Most options on futures settle for the future, is if one leg is in the money, you will have a futures positions the next day. If both are, you won't.

LiveVol does not cover commodity options. Livevol Securities sold out when they closed down.

I would not say that an active option trader is more active than an active equity daytrader. Just a different skill to learn.

That would depend on how you do your calculations. If I can consistently buy a spread at $0.50 and sell at $0.60, I'm making 20% on my allocation to that trade, not annualized (before costs).
