INTC has been known to lead the techs, but you can not always hang your hat on it. It works best with stock that have a float of 500M or less. It will not work with something big like CSCO.

I have not noticed any change in the commission. I hope they don't start charging extra fees. I used to trade with CyberTrader and they added extra charges all the time. That was the only reason I dropped CyberTrader is because of all the extra charges.
