From what I understand ARCA's modified orders (ie. NOW) are not available via a FIX connection. They are only available via Realtick. So I don't think that logic would be available on the BEST_ECN route. It could be true that ARCA was stuck in the pref. mode, and any experienced ARCA users know...

For what it's worth. I saw people complaining in a couple of chat rooms today about RT3 and ARCA going down today. My REDIPlus was solid all day.

mjt, Im using a Pentium III w/ 10Gig HD and local DSL company. I also really like the e-REDI. Thats great when Im on the road.

I've been using REDI+ for a couple of months now, I've been pretty impressed with the overall experience. I especially love the quick update bar on the level II. That really can make a difference with changing an order, unfortunately its a feature that really can not be appreciated in the demo...

i thought cyber use to charge the 5min rule on your original order. meaning, if you put in a buy, for say 1000 MSFT, get hit on 200 and had to go up at that time 1/16th for the other 800 and got filled on it all within the 5min of the original order, you were charged one ticket.????? NO???
