0843 CST OK out of everything at 113 315. I can't say why other than I didn't like the action. If we can finally break this area, I think my posted 113 levels are a given. I'm going to take a break for 20 minutes and ride my bike. Yeah, I could miss a 10 to 16 tick move.

0839 CST If we can't break 114 00 now then the risk is to 114 08 to 114 12. I still think we will go lower, but you have to respect price action. Since I have very small size, I'm not overly cautious, but I'm not going to sit there while it moves back up to the two levels mentioned.

0824 CST We've travelled a full point from levels earlier today. Full point moves almost always stop and consolidate for a bit. It is hard to say how long. I took a small position at 114 01 (after the kiss of 113 305) and will hold it as I feel we have lower to go.

0815 CST Out of everything at 114 025. Anyone who has read my thoughts on the 00's knows why I did this. I'm watching and waiting.

0813 CST Sold into the low at 114 045. I don't normally like doing this but I think it is a safe bet that 114 00 is a given.

I did a lot of little scalp trades from 114 06 to 114 035. Anyone who is trading live will know what I mean. A decisive break below 114 00 / 113 31 will probably have an ultimate daily target of 113 13.

0802 CST OK out at 114 08. Missed 114 060 print due to posting here. That is it for now. By the way, I think my posting of the 114 28 level a few days ago has been worth at least 1000 USD on a 1 lot basis. Today is a redemption day. Get busy.

OK, my 114 12 exit worked out very well. I was gone for the trip down, now I've entered again at 114 12 and I'm looking for the following targets: 114 08 114 03 113 31 Unless strange news comes out, I will blindly sell bonds at key levels today and buy the ES at key levels. In...

0353 CST Hourly turned short at roughly 0125 CST. I started shorting on the approach and break through 114 28. This is a key number I've mentioned several times. First target is 114 12, however it is possible this will be a very quick scalp trade instead. Bottom line, it is looking like...

Anyone know when this was posted by the SEC? http://www.sec.gov/rules/other/2008/34-58248.pdf Was it after market close on 29 July 2008? Yahoo shows this news being posted late at night.

ES gave a buy signal at 0630 this AM and hasn't looked back since. If you day trade the ES based on a 1 minute chart it is quite humbling to see the steady hand of this signal. And no, I didn't make use of it today. Also, had I been trading the ES I probably would have gotten caught up in the...

Bond Trader 2008 (Swing Trading Bond futures, Stocks, and ETF's)

Hourly long signal occurred into the close around 114 20. Based on recent past experience this signal should be worth 8 - 16 ticks. We might have a shot at 115 08. Remember, it all depends on price. Bottom line, you didn't have to wait until this post to know that we might get a long...

That is it for me. I've bagged my daily limit. In conclusion, we are in a down trend per my hourly system. I would look to short at ideal entries between 114 18 and 114 28. There is a lot of room between those two levels so use your own discretion. Remember, price behaviour determines...

0938 out at 114 105 on 75%. I don't have a feel at the moment so I am out on 3/4. I'll let the other stop out at break even. I still think we will break through these lows, but I have a time limit on trades as well as various soft rules about trades approaching entries that are telling me to...

0912 CST I took a less than ideal entry anyway. So, targets are 114 09 followed by 114 00. Hopefully we will hit 114 09 at a minimum. I may get out there following my late entry rule.

0905 CST Looking to scalp short again between 114 160 to 114 180. Watch the ES for some hints if you are going to take on size.
