Out b/e. Didn't like the entry and price action after it....

Short @ 24. Missed an actual planned entry, which should have been 32 and b/e now. But decided to enter on a second leg and now moved stop to -1%.

Stopped out -1%. P S. Indeed last days are a clear uptrend and actually I wasn't very confident in a short, but my goal for now is consistently executing ALL signals, maybe even despite giving away some profits, because consistent execution IMO is the way to consistent growth.

Mandelbrot: Thanks for good words. I'll post some charts as well, but will do it maybe with one day lag, because it would take too much time to make, resize and post a screenshot in the middle of working day.

Yes I am aware of CME currency futures and have ability to trade them, but I trade using IB and have reasons to trust it as a broker. As for time I trade - no problems about it, trading is 90% of sitting on hands and 10% (or even less) of active action, so most of this time I am relaxed...

If you're not selling anything and really started a thread to help people, then my apologies. I'm so suspiciouis, cause have seen many many threads like this on ET and the rest of the Internet and know what they end up like for many newbies in PM, IM or phone talks later. :p As for my thread...

Stop to +8%.

Shorted @ 1.5594, stopped out -1% (stop was moved to this level), then reversed @1.5608 up, this time with success, now stop trailed to +6% and holding... News helped this trade for sure.

Price just have reached my 4% target. The cause of failure to hold is violation of my plan which is not move stop to b/e until price reaches at least 1:1 r/r. Will try to avoid this trading discipline violation in future trades. Hopefully this journal helps, cause that exactly is the problem...

Obviously was too fast in moving stop to b/e. My typical problem. :p
