Wow, sector(crypto) rotation is finally happening

Curious, what is to prevent them from making a million more new currencies, call them Bitcoin 2, ETH 1,000, Cool Koin 666, Fake Coin 6969, etc, etc.?

    One word: Oanda or IG?

I'm about to begin my massive(ly small) campaign shorting the U.S. dollar versus currencies where the government is apparently not printing money at anywhere near the clip we are. So my only question - which to go with, Oanda or IG? Oanda seems like a long-time favored, but IG apparently is...

Can the FED print some CrudeOil?

If they could they most certainly would lol. I'm going on record right here and now and saying within the next two years we will have at least 15% annual inflation kick in, even after their baking, fudging and straight up lying about the numbers...

What stocks do best in inflationary environment?

I sense you jelly. I'm sure your 2.8 from your local community college, then moving back in with mom, left a bad taste in your mouth. Among other bad tastes in your mouth to make ends meat lololol...

What stocks do best in inflationary environment?

Given that everyone who is anyone knows inflation is coming in a big way (already here in fact, getting way worse for sure however), what kinds of stock do the best vis-a-vis others when inflation gets nice and gnarly? Consumer staples (can raise prices)? Finance companies (make more $$$ when...

I don't even understand your point on Roaring Kitty. If he is ALREADY LONG, then he has NO OR LESS POWDER TO BUY MORE. Seems like that is a bearish sign. I'm riding this motherfuker to VICTORY!!!!!!! Maaaaalalallalalaalalalalalalalalalalalaalaaa!!!!!

Tapering - "Canary in the Mine?"

Cool. Let's check back in at the beginning of 2023 and see what the market has done. Your canary in the mine crap should come like mid to late 2022 at earliest. We shall see.

Tapering - "Canary in the Mine?"

Why would you even MENTION tapering when they've said they are not going to even THINK about tapering until like next year some time? Get long boys, get long. Bullshit policy is going to push us ever higher until it all craters...

Tapering - "Canary in the Mine?"

It will come, but not soon. Not even close. Think like 2023 or later.

    Agree. Short GME, make money.

    Get. Freaking. LONG.

Actually, I'm not sure that high inflation necessarily means your stocks go to almost zero. Maybe if the government is printing millions of times the money supply yearly, sure. But 30% or 40% yearly? I seriously doubt equities go to ~$0 in real dollar terms. Many companies can just keep...

...And They Have a Plan. (Live.)

I pretty much just put all my money in the market as soon as I earn it. I'm up like well over a million since ~2000 or so. Seems so easy, a few bumps along the way but I just buy more on margin, very slowly, when the big hits come, have never regretted it. Should you instead just be buying...

Fidelity Launches Platform for Fund Managers to Profit From Short Sellers

Oh I was just meaning generally. I don't short a lot (and when I do I get burned, GME lol), but I remember thinking years ago that the short interest rate for any stock/ETF pretty much was the same as the margin interest rate. I could have been totally wrong about that.

Fidelity Launches Platform for Fund Managers to Profit From Short Sellers

Do I remember correctly that back in the day the rate for shorting a stock was just the general margin interest rate? Not this thing where it could be any rate, based on how many shorting and willing to lend their long securities?
