I use Esignal for data. Yes i have a multimonitor display. I dont usually use buy stops, usually limits, but ocassionaly if im following more than one stock ill use a stop buy order. Yes i usally wait untill first bar is closed. Leader and laggers ....winner and losers of the day...basically...

I do alot of scanning at night to find longer term setups to daytrade the open off from. I use www.tradingscans.com for that. I basically just watch the leaders and laggers for the day for setups intraday. Id also say hmmm...50%ish of my trades come from TFMS.

I see what you are saying now, but you cant take one day and think they all will be good like that..it was just a good trading day for me. Basically with the risk plan i put it all on paper instead of in my head. Basic risk to reward rules, hold winners longer and scale out of them, cut loser...
