Update: I couldnt get the damn thing into safe mode... im guessing every bios is different on what function button you push??? But i took the ATI Radeon card out and am going to see if it freezes up without it in... well see if its the culprit :) If its the culprit do you think that its...

Ok lets see if i can asnwer most of your questions.. First of all i belive its a 1.8 ghz athlon...512 ram... It DOES have a ati radeon in it...one for sure...maybe the other are also :confused: ..havent taken a very close look yet.... It freezes randomely....sometime im using it sometimes im...

I have a few extra cards laying around...its a good possibility that one got shook up a bit in the trip by fed ex :) One of the cards was half out, so im sure it was thrown around a bit.... ill play around and see if its that... any other suggestions if that dont work?

Its a brand new computer sent from the firm i trade at... if need be ill send back, but im sure i can get it fixed myself..... it is custom built with plenty of Ram, etc.... only thing i can say is somehting happened in shiipping it maybe... what happens is it completely freezes up randomely...

as far as i know ABN sage is the pro brokerage part and has nothing to do with ABN AMRO teh bank... the press release is on the front of the bank site though... www.abnamro.com

im not sure about any of it. All i know is th whole merril deal will take awhile, and it sounded liek there would be no changes. The firm i trade for clears through ABN, and i use there execution platform, but thats the extent of it. maye there site will give you a few answers???? www.aasage.com

Merril just bought ABN's pro brokerage... also the pro brokerage arm is called ABN Sage i belive...
