How would future economies work when 90% of jobs are replaced by robots/computers?

90% of the jobs have been replaced by technology many times over... started with the wheel, then the assembly line, and the printing press...

    Supply-Side economics. Why?

My only recommendation is to read some Austrian economic theory. It is the best to me in describing credit cycles.. and it is a study of human action.. not some quantative study of inference which like many have said doesn't work so well

    Supply-Side economics. Why?

it hasn't done anything but centralize.... Trump is a centralist... explain how you believe we are decentralizing... more power to the states and less federal bueros , i don't see that happening

    Supply-Side economics. Why?

Liberals bring up Hitler because he was the ultimate centralized controller of everything.. morality agriculture everything.. the thing is this is no different then any communist state.. the state becomes the religion... The struggle to fight for the collective is like a religious belief...

    Supply-Side economics. Why?

The benefit is the short term.. the long term is the negative. People who like to fittle with the puppet strings or economitrians are just the ones that come up with what seems like complicated curves and such to allow the entrprenuring politicians to intervene

    Supply-Side economics. Why?

read this... and tell me afterwards if it doesn't seem like common sense... no one tends to think of the secondary effects.. https://mises.org/library/currency-war-means-currency-suicide
  14. C

    Supply-Side economics. Why?

Wrong... Tarriffs are a form of protectionism which is exactly what a currency war is
  15. C

    Supply-Side economics. Why?

No we don't.. bottom line it hurts both countries... It's just the political class being political entrepreneurs while we are subject to whatever happens
  16. C

    Supply-Side economics. Why?

Now after trumpo blocks trade what do you think the lower priced good countries will do about it??? Subsidize more to compensate. Which in turn shows up in a currency war. This isn't rocket science
  17. C

    Supply-Side economics. Why?

Tarriffs by definition restrict trade typically to cut lower priced goods from the market.. now do some simple addition . What happens to prices when the lower priced goods are banned.....
  18. C

    Supply-Side economics. Why?

Saving is posposing current consumption for future consumption... speculating on more utility of the money in the future... Importing consumers sounds just like all the rest of this ridiculous stuff.. it's all the state manipulating the market at the expense of one group in favor of another...
