It happens all the time. Look up mid-point orders and dark liquidity. Sometimes it's a consolidated print with an average price as well...

Only using fxTrade? You don't need a quad core for that. Heck, a single core and 2+ gigs of RAM would get the job done (with XP.) You could cover that easily in a few hundred bucks.

Entirely depends on the software and trading platform you plan on running. I've been running ToS, MT4 and MultiCharts (not all at the same time) on a E350 (basically the same platform/chips as the box you linked) without too much trouble, but I don't give it heavy jobs/tasks, clean charts...

He's talking about FX... The only FX broker I know that has a 'pay for adding liquidity' type setup is MB Trading. Though, you gotta view this from a total cost perspective (spread +/- charges.) And you'll be punished for taking liquidity when you need to bail from a position.

He posted a bunch over at ForexFactory.. most have called him insane there as well.

As I said in the other thread about this subject: ESET's products are highly recommended. I wasn't the only one who mentioned it either. Their SmartSecurity package also picks up malware/spyware. I have yet to find a better solution, nothing else really compares...

Depends on the ECN, but quite a few ECN's don't let icebergs refresh til other orders have been filled first. Each ECN has different ways of handling order fill priority, you'll have to do some research and figure out which ECN works best in a given situation for your given strategy.

How badly do you want the fill? Put your limit order out on NASDAQ OMX BX (Boston Exchange).. or one of the other free/paid to take ECNs. or Christ man.. read the tape, hit up what's actually printing.
