Exiting this trade at 1363.50. Flat overnight. I see 30min RSI possibly topping and after another good day feel like taking my profits and running. Good trading all SS, I make my trade and then post and about half the time entry is better off and half the time it is not. I quickly post...

That's odd I thought you were done trading for the day. I will echo Mins statement as well

Ouch caught red handed! Just calling it how I see it. But anyways I don't wish to start a fight, just agreeing with MandelbrotSet

Long 1356.50, 3 contracts. Stop 1347 RSI bottoming out on both the 30min and 60min chart. First target 1366.50. Second target 1370. Third target 1375.

Agreed. I hate paper trading, although I understand it is necessary for people who have less than 10k in capital when testing out a new system. Unfortunately, they probably just shouldn't be trading, but that is a different story. I'm currently testing out a system in GC but I would...

Great trade! I wasn't prepared to have a stop this size so I was hoping that we could move into the 1370s. Turns out you never even took any heat on the trade

If we want to be exact then my sell on my long trade does not count. The long trade was posted in real time (both the original and add on). I also put the target in place in case it got hit overnight while I was asleep. I'm not being a smart ass and not trying to get rid of anyone but...

Exit trade at 1366, 60m looks ok but 30m looks bearish. I'll be looking for a short setup, hopefully we can get upto 1375 (so my stop can be at 1384).

Sorry for the slightly late post b1s2 (about 60min). Since I posted my intentions, is this ok b1s2? First target hit 1369.75, moving stop to 1354. Might exit this trade and/or reverse in the next 40 min as it looks like the market is running out of steam.

Whenever I do a non system trade I trade only 1 contract. I get to have my fun and psycology wise I think we all like to try picking bottoms and tops. Just want to say one more time, gap and go days tend to trend all day long, especially lately.

Hit a few golf balls but I'm back for the close. RSI on most of my charts I see is severly oversold. Not my usual trade so I'm just going long 1 over the weekend at 1360.25. Catastrophic stop at 1322

Thanks! I just use the standard settings of 14. I tried playing around from 20-50 but didn't find it of any extra significance. Off to hit some golf balls

Covered last contract at 1375.50. I see the 30, 60, 120, and 240 RSI starting to bottom out. Plus I'm ready to start the weekend. This week went almost perfect. ILoveOptions - I look forward to the options journal as well Good weekend all

I've learned too much from this thread to not protect it. Sometimes you have to do a little bit of research. I don't think that is too much to ask. Why not just pull up a daily chart and 1363 seems pretty obvious to me... I have posted that my main trading strategy is RSI, I don't feel...

DM, Let's cut B1S2 some slack. He has posted most if not all of his trading system for anyone to look at here. I haven't done that nor have most people on any board.

Thank you. My full position is currently 6 contracts, however this trade was for only 3. I thought I put in my original post that this was a half position trade. (which was why I was also willing to add this morning but didn't hit) Whether I m at 3 or 6, I will scale out the same way with...
