The fact that ARKK has been buying COIN is giving me even more conviction to short it. Will still think on this for a bit. I am debating on shorting shares just before Earnings, then closing out next day, following up with shorting 30-delta PUTs for 60-90 DTE while the dust has settled.

If the conversion of ETH to PoS is delayed by another 6 months, then it may be worth the gamble to wait until 2023 :) But if they manage the upgrade before then, those who waited too long will risk being priced out by then. Good luck guys...
