I've seen this day type before, where we gap up, have some sort of "blow off" top, and then grind lower most of the morning before finding buyers somewhere around the half gap. I agree that the morning will be sloppy, but I don't see a full fledged selloff happening. TICKs are still positive...

So this is what happens in here during a boring bull market? :D We went through something like this not too long ago if I remember correctly. Again, the truth is that every single one of us could be completely full of $h!t, we'll never really know. Most of the thread is insightful analysis...

Just post em in real time if you can, otherwise just share your overall thoughts / biases. The more entries you post after the fact, the less credibility you will have here. For instance, I haven't posted too many entries here lately because I've been late on posting, but I think everyone...

Well c'mon, not exactly MISERABLE. Maybe not the most productive / fulfilling, but hopefully the money allows you to be productive when the market is closed. :)

This has stop run / flush out written all over it to me. Totally bogus selloff in my opinion.

That sure is a goofy looking AH chart.

Now of course I could be wrong, so take it for what it's worth, but the chart is starting to have a "meltdown" shape to it for me. My gut and eyeballs are telling me that we take out today's low tomorrow.

I thought that today and yesterday, price jumped the gun and bounced before where I expected it to.

Well my setups are occuring with lower and lower levels on the TICK, so it would appear that they overall picture of the TICK is weakening over the period of the last week or so.
