A blip just under 950 to buy back half, then the waiting game starts once again to sell it back higher to kick off the pip regathering campaign That's what I am thinking and seeing.

Golden, I accept any help from experienced traders like you. I quickly saw if I can get consistent at gathering pips day to day, keep my losses smaller the $ will come. I realized once I get consistent I can trade any size I want. That was my epiphany a few weeks ago and it changed my focus. Am...

30 pips off the high today so far that's got to be a good sign for those of us that are short.

My rules set at beginning I'm allowed ONE ADD to a trade, winner or loser. I added at 2916, and there's been no significant pullback yet. So I have no choice but to wait this out a bit more. Or as you say "stare numbly at the charts". Should this go much higher I will take that loss...

Golden, this journal goal to 1000 pips in a month reduced my size too. I realized might be better for my learning to focus on PIPS rather than $ at this stage as a nweb trader.

Seriously?? I thought daytraders can be wildly successful? Almost everyone HERE, for instance, is a daytrader. You hear stories all the time about great trading and thousands of dollars being made each day?

I don't have any lines on my charts at all. No pivots, trendline or any other indicator or shapes. I flip thru a few time frames see where price has been and what happened there, where it might like to go. That's my trade.

Seriously? You don't believe in SUPPORT/RESISTANCE? Why? Surely there are historical prices that attract buyers and conversely attract sellers? At this price the former is called SUPPORT, the latter RESISTANCE. Just makes sense doesn't it?

Interesting thoughts because I trade visually. I flip thru 4 or 5 time frames the trade just appears to me. I think that's the reason I'm not so good trading overnight...much better during the day for lots of trades 10-20 pips per. Going to stay away from overnights for now.

I'll be just fine the HIGH today is already in. Down a few pips but will get them back. I'll ride this down to next SUPPORT, cover sell again higher ride it down again, repeat as often as needed. That's my gameplan anyway.

Need a little cooperation from the EUR to make this work. 2890 over the next hour or two would be a good start.

Fairly confident I can trade out of this if it would bounce back and forth a bit more. I'd sell HALF at tops and buy back at bottoms over and over till I am back even again.

LOL, now I get it. If I was going to fudge why would I claim to be a big hole right now? Every trade would be a winner . Doesn't make sense now does it?
