Signals are created in Powereditor and then you hit verify. Strategies contain signals. you create a signal(s) and then go to "Strategy builder" and put your signal(s) into the strategy. Then you insert your strategy on your chart.

No problems with metaserver. I never used Dynastore because I started with metaserver and never had any reason to try others.
