system says.... i use an excel spreadsheet with live dde feed to monitor my fills ... it updates dynamically and takes a snapshot every 15 minutes until 10:30 CST of my position, p&l and market cap.... this morning my one of my dsl lines went down and i used the spreadsheet to monitor...

3 fills 500 shares each 1 short 2 long +60.00 - 1.2 / + .8% out by 9:35 blocked hca /ci /ltd

3 fills / 500 shares each 3 longs + 113.00 out by 8:41 - .65 / + 1.35 %

you is freaking clever....:D

i learned alot from this thread.... i post my results and if you look i started small and have increased my size cause it works.... i am mature enough to filter out the crap and whiners like the afore mentioned.... maybe your friend who pm'd you would have imploded no matter what...

good morning... 7 fills 500 shares each 5 long / 2 short +$135.00 out by 9:45....blocked aig & gm....big mistake.... if i did not block and waited p&l would have been $1518.00 on 4500 shares total at 9:30 am... had to cut it short...too busy with other plays.... i am working...

didn't play today.... would have worked fine... 4 fills 2 long / 2 short... quick out would have made around $100,00 if you waited it would have been around 300.00 i widened by envelopes out to net esm5 change plus or minus 1% i think this is the sweet spot between sanity and...

i agree with you gents... i stayed away from the o/o strategy due to the dow arb lining up... o/o would have been a loser..... isn't it amazing all the dow stocks were imbalances to buy over a million shares and i had trouble getting shorts off in 6 of them.... i guess these guys do...

if....they pay a dividend !

2 fills 500 shares each 2 long +195.00 blocked ccu and may.. - 1 / + 1 % most times if you trade earnings or other stocks with hard news you get smoked.... ccu would have worked great if you did it...but it takes big kahoonas... got out to soon... :(
