why do there have to be shares bid or offered? the educated answer is there were no bids. it's just not that complicated. i bought KBR at 24 today...how? because i was the only bid and someone sold to me.

it's because people pulled their bids. if no one wants to buy then there will be no bids.

nah finished up just under 79. i got some crap long i got in after hours i am stuck in for tomorrow too. we will see how it works out. i think i will be flatting it all at worst but you never know with how spooked the market gets lately.

yeah i hope i can find some more stuff. i got a shot at a personal high if we can get some crazy stuff later. i need about another 15k. it's so frustrating today cause i should really be up two times what i am up. but i guess i can't bitch too much lol 75 grand is still 75 grand.

just trade the trades as you see them. if you find a nice low risk entry with some super high reward then don't be afraid to size up. don't get outside what you are good at just because we are down a lot. i just expect there to be a lot more opportunity to make money today so i will make sure...

you do realize that the market is not overvalued, right? we are slightly below historic p/e valuations. are you saying most earnings will disappoint and most companies will be guiding down this earnings season?
