    Internet speed test ...

Internet speed test ... does it measure the speed from/to my device, or from my modem? That is, if I run the speed test from a laptop connected via a wifi router to a cable modem, does it measure the speed from/to my laptop or the cable modem?

    "It's just a flu" ... COVID-19 #1 Killer in U.S.

Ok :) Just FYI, I amended my post to say April and May, rather than March and April.

    "It's just a flu" ... COVID-19 #1 Killer in U.S.

Where is the spike? It has only just started. For most of the year, with the exception of April and May, we've seen only hundreds of deaths per day in the US. Since the middle of Nov, we're seeing thousands. https://covid19.who.int/region/amro/country/us https://ourworldindata.org/covid-deaths

    "It's just a flu" ... COVID-19 #1 Killer in U.S.

Approximately 7,452 people die every day in the US. With the current covid daily death count at about 2 - 3 thousand, that is between 26 and 40 percent of the daily deaths, if they could all attributed to the virus. That seems fairly significant to me...

    "It's just a flu" ... COVID-19 #1 Killer in U.S.

Just my opinion. If you are going to prepare, prepare for the worst.

    "It's just a flu" ... COVID-19 #1 Killer in U.S.

Well, whatever you think the death rate is, it would be good to figure this thing out now, in preparation for a future pandemic. You know, the one that is just as contagious, but kills 25% - 50% of those infected. It's coming.

    If you had the choice...

First of all, you shouldn't think of trading stocks as an investment. Trading stocks (if you are lucky) may provide an income. If you buy and hold stocks, that is more of an investment. So the question becomes, do you want an income or do you want to make an investment for the future?

    XRP scam?

One way to find out. Why don't you get verified by say, bitstamp, send them some money or other cryptos, buy some XRP and then give your wallet address to these folks. Then see what happens. Here is the address in the email I got by clicking on their button...

Voting Machine Election Fraud - Smoking Gun

If you are talking about down ballot issues, then yes, I am concerned. Anyway, we should seek accuracy for accuracy's sake, whatever the outcome.

Voting Machine Election Fraud - Smoking Gun

To tell you the truth, I'm not so concerned with incorrect data showing up on news outlets. I take the news (w/r to an election) with a grain of salt). However, I am concerned with actual election results.

Voting Machine Election Fraud - Smoking Gun

I haven't done the math, but I suspect that if all of those votes were overturned, it would not be enough to overturn the election (290-214=76 electoral votes). The reason to pursue accuracy is for future elections.

Why have Republicans accepted Senate and House wins but not the Presidential race?

I don't think the Senate will be decided until the runoff election for GA in January. No one is taking this for granted.

2020 Election is Over----Dems just don't realize it yet.

You don't have to have much of an imagination to visualize vote by mail ballot fraud (or even error, for that matter). I'm not saying that it necessarily occurred, but IMHO, going forward, this is not the way to run an election.

    Democracy doesn't work

Just FYI. a liberal Democrat would never talk like this. Anyone care to venture why?

    Democracy doesn't work

One party rule tends to be a bad thing. The US system (and other democratic systems) basically ensure(s) that that won't happen. Contrary to popular belief, having divisions in government is not necessarily a bad thing. Divisions tend to keep everyone honest. Divisions lend themselves to...

2020 Presidential Election - I placed $100 on the Republican Party for .....

    >Increasing the senate by population makes no sense. Agreed. The Senate was created specifically to prohibit this (the Connecticut Compromise). In the Senate, each state gets equal representation, no matter it's population, unlike in the House of Representatives.
