    Iterative Refinement

Why would you say this broadly? I have no pride here or ego worth protecting (this is an internet forum). Every day that I trade, I post my chart to show the progress (or lack thereof) which is occuring so that I may receive feedback to examine areas for continual refinement. My goal is to...

    Iterative Refinement

Yes we have. So I will play nice. But by performing a drill (without context) by only looking at volume and drawing gaussians, you have seperated price and volume. Getting very late here. Have a nice evening and thanks for pointing out my errors earlier. But I have to draw a line at...

    Iterative Refinement

No, Spyder has correctly stated that we all know... We just may not have assembled the pieces yet (please include me in this camp for now) :) But more specifically, because we know the rules surrounding laterals and dominance confirmation. So we can know that if we do not see a...

    Iterative Refinement

I have performed those drills, But this method implies Price and Volume. So You cannot seperate them IMO without the addition of other indicators and/or a specific context provided. P.S. I have to give you a lash on your channel addition to dkm's chart (IMO , that is not correct) :)

    Iterative Refinement

Oh I deserved those (and more)! Especially given my recent posts... :) I know what I am asking from Santa this year... The ability to correctly monitor...

Well that is just enough of the lashes! Thanks for pointing that one out... Man, I am a glutton for punishment!

So now you are giving me lashes too I see... :D

    Iterative Refinement

Well, I am just pointing out that there are many fractals in effect at times, and it is our job to understand the required components and how fractals are "built up" to create a 5M traverse (and subsequently a channel). We know the sequences apply on all fractals, but we need to know which...

    Iterative Refinement

If you would, please tell me, which bar confirms the first PT3 traverse (as annotated by innersky)? And also, given our knowledge of the relevence of laterals (where appropriate) with regards to the 5M fractal. Can you still call this first traverse a 5M fractal?

IMO, The sequence completes at 15:05 (w/o consideration to the lateral) then the tape takes us home (icing on the cake... so to speak). A bold trader may have taken 15:30 (It was the bar). But a prudent reversal was 15:35 (IMO). All times Eastern and [close-of] bar.

    More debrief and lashes...

    Iterative Refinement

    I agree. But I would humbly pose a follow-up. What fractal is it? ... a 5M? ... a FF? ... a "Goat"? :D... and why must it be?

    Iterative Refinement

First pass on debrief... Either I am losing it or I am seeing lots of fractals going on here (particularly in that CO lateral)...

LOL! "I am unemployed and I live with my parents..." Spyder dropped us a hint in the PM yesterday

    Iterative Refinement

I was just waiting around for the volume sequence. It finally came at 14:05 [ET close-of]. For me, it was the real PT3, and the subsequent return to DOM gave the permission I was seeking. :)

    Iterative Refinement

Yes I can see this (dimly at present). And how important because often I am looking for signposts (particularly volume) which I am not able to clearly see (yet) on the 5M bar. I just blew right over those FF's this morning and, of course, it had me looking for mirages from then on. Although...

Thanks for providing helpful hints Spyder. Funny how such a small rudder can turn such a big (dumb) ship. :) Does this represent a more accurate representation? Thanks again.

    Iterative Refinement

Well here goes... :) Any feedback or comments always appreciated. EDIT: Debrief already shows a runaway DBV black gaussian (come on silly... you know B2B gets us to PT2...) :D

Thanks Spyder, Is this thinking closer to the mark?
