Finally!! Thank you so much :) Now there is only one problem. Whith "chart style" as "point", it is excelent, but I would prefer it to be a normal "line". This is were problems appear: When the line is not "in use" so to say, it moves in a straight line to the next point where it is moving...

hmm.. I can not figure this out. I tried placing your code in the "Condition" area, but this only makes the candlesticks turn red when going upwards! What am I doing wrong? Veggen

I agree with you there, but with my style of trading I mostly look at very short term periods. I am also using MetaStock, mostly as a visual aid for longer time periods.

I am very happy with OEC! It is perfect for my needs. But than again, I am not into writing my own indicators or automated trading. In fact trying to make this MA is my first experience with custom indicators.

Thanks for your help! I have tried that out now. I personally like a single moving avereage which change color better. I think it looks more clean. But this is certainly an option. I have sent trade support at Open E Cry an email, so I hope they can resolve this!

I sure will try! Are you familliar with OpenEcry? I am not sure how to shift a moving average. I cant seem to find that function. Do you need to edit the coding?

Hey there! Can anybody help me create a MA which will change color, for example greeen if up, yellow when flat and red when down? I want to use this function for the LSMA, EMA and WMA. I have very little experience with coding, but I assume that this is not very hard to do for many...

It sounds pretty bad.. But trusting you guys when you say it will never happen! But what is the thought behind it? That we have to pay a certain amount of tax on every transaction?

What will that transaction tax mean, and how will it affect the daytrader? I haven't heard about it yet. (From Norway, Europe)
