I have a scottrade elite account. For 2 days earlier in the year their systems were messed up - bad. First time I had seen it happen. Their network was reporting incorrect spreads, not executing orders, etc. I missed a bunch of fills, I called the local office, they took my order by...

margin is credit that the broker extends to you. frankly they are taking the risk by underwriting the individual so they can make _whatever_ rules they want.

Just put in a limit order. I use scottrade and when I have a large order it just churns on the order providing partial fills all the while....

analyst upgrades and re-its this week will push it to 75. run-up to earning, then guide higher then last quarter. it will be a rollarcoaster - great issue for swing traders.

we will not close at the lows, and that is a poor guage of bias - especially on a friday.(many don't hold over the weekend.) luckily, my crystal ball has told me a large buyer is moving into the market as we speak.
