    Most public speeches by officials are riddled with lies, obtuse statements and misdirection: the purpose is to have their mouth move, not to share any pertinent information. This is a given and goes without saying.

    Correlation != Causation All those commodities have had bull runs for a number of reasons over the years. It's just plain foolish to think that they are increasing in price now due to inflation.

    Guys - Before you get tricked by the headline 9T number, use your heads instead of taking this as something it's not. A lot of overnight loans are the same loan rolled over for many days, even weeks, each roll-over being counted as a separate loan. So sorry, it's not really 9T unique...
