I guess the real question is 'what is a dip?'. If the DOW is down by 20 points someone starts a thread advising we 'buy the dip!!!' What about when we are down over 100 points? What about that other thread where the guys 'system' was to buy every down tick. How is he fairing today. Nobody...

decided to try out the cybertrade platform considering that questrade use this platform and they are the ones who are in the lead at the moment, as far as me taking the plunge goes (although pikers post in his journal scares me and is putting me off going with them). . Would've been a good day...

How annoying. I am on the verge of opening an account with them myself. Must admit it didn't look very easy to open an account if your a UK citizen from reading their FAQ page. Hope you get it sorted. I'll hold off for a while I think.

Good advice. I just spoke to someone from questrade and it appears that it only counts as ONE trade as you suggested aboove. There's hope for me yet.
