The situation seems to be very similar to March right now, but inversed.

Comagnum also posted that fear&greed index which tends to represent sentiment quite well
We are probably very close to the top...
If you are trading liquid products, then it's true. You make more money by simply trading more size.
No-one is going to fund a random peasant though. If you can't produce consistency on a small account, you are unlikely to perform any better with larger account.
You need a proven track record...
Paul Tudor Jones(one of the wealthiest traders) allegedly pays Tony Robbins 1m$ annually + performance fees for his coaching. Not for motivation, but to keep him in the proper mental state and make sure he is evolving with the markets.
I shorted Amazon around end of august 2018. . It was going parabolic so i was pretty sure it was going to top out any time and drop hard. I knew it could go slightly higher but thought i would do fine with 10x leverage.
It did one leg more and i ended up being liquidated at $2050-$2055/AMZN -...
"I can not think of any positive effect".
Really? I just fucking hate these conspiracy theories because people buy into them, marry the idea and then only present the side that reinforces the bias and then as i listen to them, it makes sense and i want to buy into it too.
And there are people...
Judging by your post you see yourself as a loser and you feel like one too.
Confidence won't make you profitable, but lack of it will guarantee failure.
You seem to feel sorry for yourself that even after 4 years, you are still not making money while your friends are. It's as if you are feeling...
Currently i am using tradingview for charts and it's working fine, but i'd like to check out the alternatives if there are any.
Pretty much the only thing i need is to have multiple charts in the same window and that so i can set custom timeframes.
Are there any good alternatives? I need it...
You probably don't have a strategy, don't have an edge and you are just randomly punting trades based on what you feel/think is going to happen.
Atleast this is what i was doing when i started. I was randomly buying or selling because i thought something was going to happen.

TA is unlikely to make you any money unfortunately. It can play a part, but by itself it's useless. The forums are full of charts and calls and if it were that easy everyone would be making money.
If you are looking to get rich quick, don't do it. If you are looking for a challenge, you've came to the right place.
Having realistic expectations can help a lot. Just know that it's going to take a lot of time, work and effort. The 10,000 hours rule applies.

This guy seems legit, but it takes a certain kind of personality to do such trading. He has 50k$ and even bigger down days.
He has a blog and he did say he was struggling for a long time and even visited a gambling(addictions) counselor to ovecome his issues...
There's a video on youtube from a guy that works at that SMB capital prop firm. They call him shark.
They mention him in almost every video, apparently he is by far the best trader at their firm. They praise him like crazy and mention him on almost every video.
And here's his take on the...
What is trading to you/how do you view it as?
Do you see it as a career, do you see it as a job, hobby, dream job, path to financial freedom, a way to make money,9to5 replacement, means to an end, game or anything else?
I don't understand this whole defi thing... But this lending and farm yielding and what the f# ever lmfao...this sounds literally like bitconnect on the blockchain. Am i wrong?
What is going to happen if(when) the price drops and liquidations start rolling? With the network congested you...
I could be wrong but it seems like next month will be good for cryptos. Bitcoin... But i also like those old school coins. EOS/btc(on higher timeframes) looks pretty good to me. XRP also.
I saw people trying to catch the knife on EOS, they were buying at 3.7$, adding at 3.4$ and it just kept...
