    so I have to have an offshore llc to trade futures in China,India, Singapore, etc?

    I can't find a retail broker that gives access- perhaps Goldman, Morgan, etc do, but what of the rest? I know I can't buy options on foreign securities per the SEC. So I am asking. Thanks.
