Strange that you got filled, with no Fill message trail. Are you switching between accounts, maybe? I noticed you are using GTC orders. Could the fills have happened from some previous, forgotten, orders? Just trying to come up with something... Oh well, definitely let us know what...

Yes, if you EVER get a fill below your limit on a SELL Limit order, yell like a banshee at your broker. However, I don't think that is what happened. As another person mentioned, there may be some confusion in the Cancel or Change Order process. To the OP, there has to be a bunch more...

No way. I've put in literally hundreds of option limit orders at IB. Never even happened once. You sure they weren't Stop orders, or maybe you clicked BUY instead if SELL? There is one very easy way to find out. Just look at the Audit Trail for gosh sakes. IB doesn't need to make...

We've gone over this before. It's not that simple. Most lose, of course, but a lot of that is inefficiencies like commish, and poor capitalization - stuff you can't fade. And if you faded me, well, to quote Drago: "You vill lose!" :D

IB will probably say (and be able to prove most likely) something like "Hey, we sent the orders to the exchange, what else can we do?". I doubt the exchange rules on busting are clearcut on delayed orders, like they are on "away from the market fills". Hope it works out okay for you.

Looks like the spec got the cancel, but didn't care... Nazdack and Limit Orders - works for me! :D In cases with close timing like this, what will IB do? It will be interesting to find out. Keep us posted. Good luck with your problem. :)
