The value of dow jones industrial average total volume indicator "$TVOLI" is just about 50,000 , while there are millions of shares traded each day in these 30 stocks. How is this indicator calculated and in which unit its value ?

Do all analysts use diluted earnings for estimated EPS? And does every company have its fixed formula? If not, how can analysts calculate the estimated EPS if the company changes its way -for what it see more meaningfull/included- ?

My broker does not allow me to place a OCO (one cancel the other) order in pre/after market orders, are all US brokers the same here, or it is just with my broker ?

Where can I listen to the federal speeches and minutes? I found the speeches only in a written (letter) form

1) Why when a company buy another company by full cash, for example for $4/share, the aquisted company share price does not reach $4 , for example it reachs $3.8 and stops there ? (I saw this happens many times) 2) if i bought this for $3.8 when will i recieve the $4/share ?

If I buy euro:yuan, and from that moment, the yuan continues to decline until the collapse ,for a year. If I sell the euro, what will I benefit from the large amount of the yuan that I will own? -and that is subject to more greater collapse ,If the currency pairs do not have fluctuations...
