    one thing i never see mentioned is that lenders rely too heavily on FICO scores and not documented income....i personally know 5 people that bought houses in the past 2 yrs that have 700+ fico but cannot afford their houses

    one thing i do to watch a larger basket of stocks is to set price alerts a smidge above/below support/resistance levels so you can focus on whats moving now and not worry about all on your watch list

    good job, nothing better than making new highs :) .....i sould be up there with u but woke up this morning really foggy and wasn't on point this morning shoulda made 20k+ today with so many movers(NEWC, NEWCP, NEWCO, SOEN, ZROS, BTEM) but was always a step behind only up +3.5k :(
