You are right on all accounts there. Every day it seems a thread hits the front page about one package or another being down.

Breakout for cryin' out loud, you've been around the block more than a few times and you know what's up in this biz. Would it be too much to ask of yourself to spend $3 a day on a chart package like TS or Esig? :)

They gave you a lame answer. It seems unlikely that you are the first to notice something apparently quite obvious. Wait to talk to a techie or get another opinion. Someone there knows the answer. I know the IB simulator for ES is remarkably slow too, but still a definitive answer is available.

Not a bad looking chart. Fairly standard settings on the indicators. Popular sma's. Liquid stock. Price pattern is certainly one of consolidation. And today was a narrow range 7 inside day. Coincidently, this is on the list of Alan Farley's Bear Hug selections.

On the other hand Walter, it isn't as if the market tanked 100 points and you weren't even in the neighborhood. Not many people ever expect the type of U-boat day we had yesterday I wouldn't imagine.

dg' I had no idea it could work that way. I trade mostly NYSE and Ameritrade doesn't offer routing for NYSE stocks. I have accounts at Cyber and IB. Maybe I better take a closer look. Any advice you have to offer is greatly appreciated. Btw, excellent journal.
