Well... Some great points have been brought out. I've just discovered the Processes panel in the Task Manager :eek: .The Processor Affinity setting controls which CPUs the process will be allowed to execute on. Any sugestions for Data feeds or high mem applicatons?

As the owner of a dual processor (986) "Don't do it"read Baron's advice in the hardware section under core components. I would spend the money on more Ram (512M and up)
