You only have to place 36 online equity trades or more, per year. You get Nasdaq Level-2 quotes if you have made 120 or more equity and options trades in the past 12 months. Not that difficult to achieve. :)

The data-feed for ThinkorSwim ( in my opinion ) is just not that robust. This is contrary to Thinkpipes, which uses a much better data-feed.
