Would not short this until 60.50 is made resistance. It (60.50) also needs to get breached by minimum 2-3 points before being retested.

He's looking for a double top confirmation (ie middle pivot being taken out) It didn't happen, now its back testing pivot high.

For people who know what they are doing scaling out is 'Superior' behavior. If you can call the exact top/bottom then yes scaling out is inferior.
