    Fully Automated Stocks Trading

Did the short bias in May correct by itself within your system or did you make manual adjustments around that time (and what were the general risk adjustments)?

Is increasing risk/size after successive trading losses good risk management or bad?

There isn't a point replying to danielc anymore, making up his own rules on what defines martingale. Plus no one mentioned adding to losing positions, he's putting words in peoples mouths or making more assumptions. It looks like separate unrelated trades and not averaging into a falling knife...

I Discovered the Reason I Lose Money Trading.

Is increasing risk/size after successive trading losses good risk management or bad?

Agree to disagree on what martingale is defined as? LOL. Also your mention anti-martingale causes additional confusion, and it seems that you don't know what that is even defined as. It's the progression of doubling your bet when you win. Anyways, let's do some simple math based on the facts...

Is increasing risk/size after successive trading losses good risk management or bad?

No I'm not confused at all. Martingale is a probability system when you double your risk everytime you "lose". Martingale isn't defined as whatever you want it to, sorry. She clearly said she waits 2-3 losses until she increases risk. Her increase of risk isn't even stated however you are...

Is increasing risk/size after successive trading losses good risk management or bad?

Wow people, pull up martingale in the dictionary before laying down advice... Myself and other traders I know have similar strategies concerning when to increase risk but the answer is more than just yes or no. In some breakout trading I use a strategies I may use a riskier system than...

Cramer: Wall Street Frontrunning Robinhood in Premarket

I can't find the post for reference, but does robinhood post high volume stocks within their platform for the day prior to market open? Or do they only post it for the previous day? Asking since it could be a viable strategy to short these stocks just before the open for at least a scalp.

Do pro traders still feel that way? When I got stopped out at the low, I am so mad and sad.

When bottom fishing I use trailing entries with higher weightings at lower prices. When I'm stopped out I don't get mad, it just means I'm wrong. It sucks but you have to get used to it.

For everybody that missed the big rally in the last couple month...

I'm not interested in discussing whether or not myself or another person can manage or forecast risks in derivatives, its beside the point. Regardless, margin rates are cheap as hell. Roll overs aren't hard to deal with either and neither is letting go of a position due to news. Sorry if I've...

Amazing work, I thank you as a Canadian! I'm a firm believer of lowering the tax bill of individuals in order to stimulate the local economy.

Not sure if you actually read my post or don't know what dip means. Will I buy wti at ~$35 with the prospect of potentially selling it $45-$50 the same year then yes... If it takes longer I don't care. Sorry if 20-40% returns aren't good enough for you.

For everybody that missed the big rally in the last couple month...

Buy oil futures and maybe travel related stock calls that are 6-12 months out on dips next few months.

    End of Day Blow Out

Most shorts are closed much earlier than an hour before close, the point I was trying to make is that there are less intra-day shorts by the end of the day.

    End of Day Blow Out

3 main sides in my opinion. Regulated funds and ETF's are required to buy assets as per their mandate. Net cash flows can be calculated near day end. Most day traders close their shorts an hour before close or earlier with the understanding of the above point. Bad news rarely comes around this...

    Please explain this spike

Need to pay for ECN feed in order to get your orders routed thru the desired ECN's and need to pay for the volume feed on the popular ecn's in order for them to be displayed on charts.

Did anyone make a lot of money this year? This trader said he made over a million from 50k...

I highly doubt it. Successful traders who do train people do it in-house and don't sell courses, lol.
