You know, if IB is simply not putting ECNs in their Level II to save bandwidth, that speaks volumes about the kind of operation they're running.... Frankly, I just don't believe that....I just think IB has focused for so long on commissions and markets etc that they've neglected the other...

In my view, Briefing.com takes advantage of light Holiday trading to pump penny stocks that are associated with hype-news. Look what they did over Thanksgiving with the VoIP stocks, and now they're going to be pumping "Mad Cow" stocks over Christmas.... This happens every year that I can...

Give me a break IB, you're the only broker out there who provides Level II quotes WITHOUT ECNs, and you still charge money for it! How hard would it be to make your Level II useful?
