    I use my trade records. I record my stop for each trade in Excel along with entry, exit, target, size and dates. 5% could be used for this - if you just have the entry and exit prices.

    Spyder - Regarding position sizing, Market System Analyzer version 2.0 (http://www.adaptrade.com/) is out now. Very useful for testing how your past trades would have done with different sizing methodologies (I am not associated with MSA but use it). Cheers Rod

    Yes - trade with the trend (dont try to be significant as the mkts are bigger than you) yet work hard with self esteem (get your sense of personal significance from yourSELF).
