    IB doesn't seem to list swap rates for each currency pair, but rather just the rates for individual currencies. http://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/accounts/fees/interest.php?ib_entity=llc Do I simply subtract them to obtain the swap, or is there a list I'm missing.
