No trades today. Almost just took a trade on T but TOD and the lack of clear pattern kept me out.

Sitting on my hands so far today. I did find some stocks mid day with some nice macro price action so I added them to the watch list. No trades as of 2:07 EST. There might be a few setting up late date so we will see.

Followed the plan on both. Truthfully the cat one was harder. It was like being seeing a juicy steak you can't eat with out knowing its poisoned until you bite it. Also, I welcome any questions you have. You really help me see things differently.

Don't take this the wrong way as I know there is a lot of merit to what you are saying, but I am going to leave that out of my daily decision making for the time being. As I become more better and better at trading, I would love to revisit it.
