the last time vol ramped i was caught underinwested in long vol...not this time. marks may not be huge but if i can get some more movement (market direction does not matter) next week, they will bang well. weekly marks @ IB

i trade both ..ur ib vstoxx commish can come down below 80 cents with size and at advantage i'm well below 70 cents and i'm still ramping up. i do suggest you look at advantage futures for both vix and vstoxx. good luck

i never expected a 1 day vol from this russian thing. posted is monday and tuesday earnings. very happy with up and down markets.

You think front vix futures do not respond to vol spikes 'lately'? For me that's been my best trade for years, hands down. Persistent shorting I do hope continues indefinitely.

its downright scary how many people bs nonsense over here; although i consider the time spent building themselves up would be better served actually building edge instead...but still as mentioned through the years it seems some really decent traders have showed up around here. in my case...
