i cant find the table on the IB website where it has the total cost for unbundled roundtrips on different contracts?, they had it on there last week? i cant seem to add it all up right using the tables they give you on the website atm? im trying to figure out if daytrading the SPI is better on...

down day for me. partly due to some slippage. -$123.95

i understand what your saying, but the EURO has intraday margin requirements of $1400 and a daily volatility of about $1300 almost the same as the DAX yet its intraday margin requirements are about a sixth of the DAX?

i would love to see margins lowered more than commissions. i mean if you were day trading the DAX risking say 5pts at a time(hypothetically) that would be $150USD risk for 1 contract, and for that in the euro session i would need $8,500USD of margin to put up? the DAX has daily volatility of...

its not that simple i think -> unlike most traders, myself included to a degree they trade off ' if XYZ happens, do ABC ' style, i think brandon explains what XYZ is and what type of ABC you should do and why, a continually adapative style which has to be the key to longetivity in the markets...

was down -260 after the euro session after getting caught in one of those euro 'air pockets' but then came back guns blazing in the US session and dug my way out of that hole. EOD + 139.60

man what a day! i tryed loggin into IB this morning, no luck, so i ring IB and they say update java to 1.5 and update TWS, well i update java and then when i click on install TWS in the IB software section, it just sits at the file download box and doesnt go into the directory i want to save it...
